HCF, the largest not-for-profit health fund in Australia, enlisted Greater Group and X-Factor to design, build and install a reusable, multi-purpose pop-up kiosk for a nationwide rollout. Multiple kiosks are currently in circulation across Australia, serving three main goals: to increase HCF’s brand presence, facilitate events and campaigns, and temporarily replace existing branches that are being renovated or relocated.

The innovative, modular design is lightweight and cost-effective. The structure can be rapidly installed and packed up in only one night for minimal disruption in busy retail environments such as shopping malls. The design attracts customers from all angles and makes an impactful brand statement while ensuring coherence with HCF’s visual guidelines and retail footprint. This pop-up kiosk is a testament to the value of small-format retail rollouts, securing its place in the omnichannel retail model of the future.
